I do wish people would learn what an app is used for before they download it and review it. Download Intune Company Portal and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It is not visible to your company at all. Location information is only available in a very limited fashion and only for the system to use. When it proceeds to the second step where it needs to download the management profile, the user is prompted to login again. This begins the process of enrolling the device with EndPoint Manager. Your personal information is not collected or accessible to your company or to Microsoft. The user launches the Intune Company Portal app and is able to login just fine. Now, as someone who manages this platform, I can tell you that if your device is registered as a personally owned device, the data that your company can see about your device is VERY limited. This is an Enterprise Mobility Management platform that a company would use to manage access to and security around their own data and applications.

It used to work like a charm, but since last week whenever we try to enroll a ios device, intune company portal fails with the error "this version is unsupported" Our setup is all Apple devices is added to ABM and from there synced to Intune. So we have an issue with enrolling ios devices into intune.
